Rm1 Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide Malaysian Platform Usage

To register and use the rm1 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• You are an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently on the self-exclusion list of any gambling platform.
• You register using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You do not have any other active or suspended rm1 accounts.

Rm1 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users who fail to provide sufficient verification documents may face temporary suspension or permanent closure of their account. • Self-exclusion requests submitted by the user
• Orders from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies

In cases of suspension due to fraud or a breach of terms, rm1 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If a violation is established, the balance may be forfeited. Users whose accounts are suspended for reasons other than a breach will be able to access their balance once the investigation is complete.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting rm1 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method.
